To get the lay of the land, visit Commodore Peak Lookout. Murals paint a picture of the evolution of the town, which was settled in 1841 when brothers George and Ralph Gore established Yandilla Station between Millmerran and Pittsworth.
Consecrated in 1887, the National Trust-listed All Saints Anglican Church features impressive stained-glass windows and is thought to be the second-oldest church in Queensland. Just 19Ks south of Millmerran is the Mt Basalt reserve: a unique geological area with a number of hiking trails and a lookout with spectacular views.
